Yes, I travel for weddings! Whether your special day is local or in a dream destination, I'm excited to capture every moment. Foematics is dedicated to providing exceptional videography and photography services no matter where your wedding takes place. Let's create beautiful memories together! If you have any specific travel arrangements or requirements, feel free to reach out and we'll make it happen.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Portrait Photography Sessions:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This ensures your time slot is reserved and unavailable to other clients.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions will not be confirmed or take place until full payment has been received.
Cancellations made at any time will result in the loss of the retainer. If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to a new date.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original date.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of all payments made.
In the case of severe weather, illness, or emergencies, rescheduling will be allowed at no additional cost.
Wedding Day Photography & Videography:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without a signed agreement and retainer.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding date. Services will not be rendered if the balance is not paid in full by this time.
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable. Due to the nature of wedding bookings, your date is exclusively reserved and other potential clients are turned away.
If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. If we are available, your retainer may be transferred to the new date. If we are unavailable, a new booking will be required.
Rescheduled weddings must take place within 6 months of the original date.
Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of the wedding will result in the loss of all payments made.
In the case of severe emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
